If you continue to browse and use this Web Site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Services ("TOS"), which together with our Privacy Policy govern the relationship between you and FreebieFans.com. These TOS describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from the FreebieFans.com Service. If you do not read, understand, and agree to all of the TOS, you may not use the Web Site.

FreebieFans.com reserves the right to add to, delete or change these TOS at any time, for any reason, without notice. As such, you should check these TOS from time to time for such changes. If you breach any of these TOS, your right to use this Web Site will be terminated.

1) The FreebieFans.com Service

FreebieFans.com allows customers to earn free rewards by completing advertiser-sponsored offers, and then referring a certain number of people to the site who must also complete advertiser-sponsored offers. Offer participation and referrals are required to obtain a free reward.

2) Account Structure

• There is no cost to create a FreebieFans.com account. Only one account is allowed per person and only one account per household and IP address.


• Users are not allowed to create multiple accounts by using multiple addresses, email addresses, or IP addresses.


• FreebieFans.com accounts are non-transferable.


• Breach of these terms will result in account closure and all credits will be forfeited.


• Users with closed accounts are forbidden from creating a new account on our website.


• Users are responsible for securing their FreebieFans.com account information. Accounts found or reported to be compromised will be immediately locked and all credits will be forfeited. FreebieFans.com is not responsible for losses incurred due to compromised/fraudulent accounts.


• Users are not allowed to log in to their FreebieFans.com accounts from public internet connections. If users want to check on the status of their accounts and/or referrals' completion status from a public internet connection, it is advised that they use the URLs of their Signature Banners. These can be found on the Profile page.


• Users are not allowed to log in or register from the same computer as another FreebieFans.com user.


• Users who use an AOL dial-up connection may be placed on hold. AOL uses a proxy server and we will not be paid for these leads.


• The use of any software, hardware, service or technique to hide or disguise your identity or IP address is not allowed. This includes the use of any proxy server/service which is not part of your internet service provider. Furthermore, using an internet service provider whose purpose is to provide anonymous internet access is not allowed.


• Users are not allowed to use P.O. Box addresses or APO addresses. If a user is found using these for their address they will be placed on hold and ID will be requested.

3) Reward Requirements

Each reward requires you to earn 1 credit and a specified amount of referrals.

4) Referral Requirements

Each referral must complete 1 credit to count as a completed (green) referral.

5) Offers / Offer Credits

• Each user must complete his or her own offer requirements. Users may not solicit or otherwise permit another individual to complete offers on their account or use another person's name or address when completing offers.


• FreebieFans.com is not responsible for requirements or terms of advertisers presented on this site. Please review all advertiser policies and terms before completing an offer. FreebieFans.com is not responsible for any contracts or charges incurred by its users while completing advertised offers.


• In order to receive credit for offers, users must sign up by clicking the unique link/banner provided on the FreebieFans.com offers page. Users are advised to disable popup blockers and ensure your browser allows cookies in order to receive credit.


• Users may not complete an offer more than once on any website. Multiple offer completions of the same offer will result in account closure and forfeiture of rewards. If we are informed that a user completed the same offer elsewhere, by our publishers or other site owners, this will result in immediate account termination.


• Offer credits are subject to verification of the actual completed requirements. FreebieFans.com reserves the right to refuse or revoke credits for offer completions for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, duplicate completions, fraudulent information, early cancellation, or non-payment from advertisers.


• Crediting time varies for each offer completion. FreebieFans.com is not liable for credit delays or no-credit situations. Users may not always receive credit for completions due to circumstances beyond our control. Credits may be refused as the result of, but not limited to, the following situations: fraudulent sign-up information, failure to meet requirements, use of pre-paid cards, or duplicate offer completions.


• Offer credits and referrals are not transferable between FreebieFans.com users.


• FreebieFans.com does not have access to any information submitted to or used by the advertiser of completed offers. You must directly contact the company of the offer you complete for any questions or concerns you have concerning your enrollment. Do not contact them with concerns on lead reporting as we work with many third party affiliates and advertisers will rarely understand your questions to them.


• The use of prepaid gift cards of any kind is not permitted when participating in offers. Credit cards that are self-generated with a set limit are considered prepaid cards.

6) Manual Credits

• Manual Credits are accepted for those offers containing "MCR Allowed".


• Do not contact the advertiser about non-crediting issues. Customer Service Representatives for these companies do not have record of "offer completion crediting" and have no power to give you credit.


• The manual crediting process can take up to, or exceed, 60 days.


• Even if you have the confirmation email, were charged successfully, and have already received the product, you may not receive manual credit. Frequent industry changes do not allow us to guarantee manual credit.

7) Reward Fulfillment

• Users can receive multiple rewards from our site, but are limited to one reward per order placed. After receiving your first reward, open a support ticket and request a reset of your account.


• Rewards cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses or APO addresses. Users must supply valid and current shipping addresses.


• Federal Law requires FreebieFans.com to collect a W8/W9 form if a user exceeds $600 or more in rewards. Users will forfeit rewards and offer credits if a completed W9 form is not provided.


• All orders are subject to approval based on, but not limited to, the following requirements: correct/valid account information, phone verification, offer and referral requirements have been met, and user does not have more than one account.


• FreebieFans.com cannot guarantee delivery times, but will ensure measures are taken to provide delivery within a reasonable amount of time.


• Users must be sure to provide correct shipping information to FreebieFans.com in order to receive their reward. FreebieFans.com is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments of any kind.


• In order to receive PayPal rewards, users must have a verified PayPal account and may be asked to provide valid ID (ie. Drivers License). Users may also be asked to provide valid ID in order to receive Amazon.com gift cards via email.


• Order approvals may take up to 3 business days. (Usually much quicker)

8) Your Registration Obligations

• Account registration is required in order to create a FreebieFans.com ID. During registration, all users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves in all required fields. Should any of your own information change after submitting it to FreebieFans.com, you are hereby required to update that information as soon as possible. Should FreebieFans.com suspect that your personal information is not complete, current, or accurate, your account may be subject to suspension or termination.


• Users must create their own account. Users are not allowed, under any circumstances, to register or participate on behalf of anyone other than themselves.


• To register and participate on FreebieFans.com, users must reside and participate from within the United States and must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts created that do not comply with these requirements will result in account closure and all credits will be forfeited.


• Users may be requested to confirm their phone number using an automated or manual telephone verification system upon registration to our site. Voice over IP and Prepaid cell phones are not valid phone numbers for the phone verification system. Please use a landline or cell phone.

9) Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is subject to FreebieFans.com's privacy policy.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FreebieFans.com and its owners, employees and other partners, harmless from any alleged damage, loss, or expense, including without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another, whether you are a registered user or not. The user is solely responsible for his or her actions when using the Service, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access and offer completion.

11) Member Conduct

• You understand that maintenance of all personal information (referral link(s), contact information, etc...) is your sole responsibility. FreebieFans.com is not responsible for lost referrals due to incorrect referral links. Please double check your links before proposing or accepting a swap/trade.


• Referrals are non-transferable. If a user signs up un-referred, and has any credits to his or her account, he or she cannot be made a referral for another user's account.


• Walkthroughs are not permitted. A referrer may not instruct or suggest which offers to participate in. Suspicious behavior that suggests a walkthrough may result in account closure.


• Spamming is not permitted nor tolerated in any form. All reports of spamming will be investigated and may result in account closure and forfeiture of reward.


• If you are found to be scamming or stealing referrals in order to obtain your reward, we reserve the right to properly investigate the situation in question. We also reserve the right to cancel/disqualify your account in the event we find you guilty of scamming or stealing.


• Any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable behavior towards any FreebieFans.com staff member will result in an immediate hold and forfeiture of rewards.

12) Termination

• Termination. FreebieFans.com may suspend or terminate your use of the website or FreebieFans.com Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached a term of these TOS.


• Survival. These TOS will survive indefinitely unless and until FreebieFans.com chooses to terminate them.


• Effect of Termination. If you or FreebieFans.com terminates your use of the website or the FreebieFans.com Service, FreebieFans.com may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the service and FreebieFans.com will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so. You are not entitled to a refund of any sort if you or FreebieFans.com terminates your account.

13) Disclaimers and Exclusions

• DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. FREEBIEFANS.COM PROVIDES THE WEBSITE AND FREEBIEFANS.COM SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. FREEBIEFANS.COM DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE, FREEBIEFANS.COM SERVICE OR ITS USE: (i) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, (ii) WILL BE FREE OF INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, (iii) WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR (iv) WILL OPERATE IN THE CONFIGURATION OR WITH THE HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE YOU USE. FREEBIEFANS.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE MADE EXPRESSLY IN THESE T&C, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.


• EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES. FREEBIEFANS.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATING TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE FREEBIEFANS.COM SERVICE, BASED ON ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
